All i have to say is wow! what a fantastic fighter with a lot of guts too….i sure see him going for a long time.So strong and fast!!!!!..aldo is the best in that class by far
Dana i would like to really thank you for giving us the chance to see and comment on this blug ,you the best love the sport for me it now tops boxing by far.In few years to come these sports men will be well rewarded for the hearts they put into this fights, good job dana and well done to the people behind it all ,you rock.
I think this was a great fight and kudos to both guys for giving a good show with true sportmanship being shown. Its not always that you get to see a really good stand up fight without it being a 1 round ko. This to me is the best kind of fights because two warriors with skill go round for round a good fight and looking foward to a rematch in the future.
Legs!!! Legs!!!! Legs!!! Aldo got ahead to quick! Great fight from both:)
i dnt care what nun ya say , im from sac, so faber is mah boi. hey aldo my advice to u faggot come to ufc and get fu#@#$ up bi$#@
NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS, I’LL ALWAYS LOVE TO WATCH URIJAH FABER. MY ENTIRE FAMILY LOVES HIM BECAUSE OF ME. ALDO’S STRENGTH IS JUST NATURAL AND NOT BORNE OUT OF TRAINING LIKE FABER’S.
CHINEDUM ACHINIVU’s above comment sounds a little bit ignorant…
* Bottom line: Both fighters have different martial arts bases preceeding their training programs, and those programs are suited to both their NATURAL STRENGTH and FIGHT EXPERIENCE – their “nature” and training are one and the same.
** My thoughts on this fight:
- Faber finally fought an opponent who has TRAINED to be quicker, smarter, more patient than himself. Anyone could tell Faber had no chance in the toe-to-toe game against Aldo.
- Aldo exploited Faber for being prone to leg kicks, if set up and thrown fast enough.
- Even though he’d risk himself to Aldo’s Jiu Jitsu technique, Faber should have taken Aldo to the ground as much as possible before Aldo got a chance to batter those legs. He’d have had a better chance then.
Wow. Faber is done. Gotta give it to him, he’s trained and it’s got him far, but Aldo, like Anderson Silva, is all natural, born talent. Aldo made Faber look like a rookie, just sad, super sad. Watch out world.
well said Axeholes
